At Sheps, we take great pride in our products and services, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we have tried to make the return policy as easy for you as possible.

Canadian Returns:

RETURN POLICY

Returns:  If you would like to return items purchased from sheps.co you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery.  You must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing shepsgeneral@gmail.com  We will require your date of order and your "sales order number" (found on your email receipt)   If your return is received without an RA# or the RA# is not written on the package, the return will be refused. 

Be sure to fill out the "return form" and include this form in your package.  Once your return is received by Sheps you will receive the full purchase price of your merchandise less the shipping costs in way of a store credit that has no expiry.  No cash refunds.  Shipping costs, border taxes or custom charges are not refundable on a return.  Sheps will process returns within 10 business days of receiving your return. 

To be eligible for a return: all products must be in original packaging, all original documents, parts and accessories must be included.  The product MUST BE in saleable condition with no indication of use.  The product must have been purchased at original price, no sale items can be returned or exchanged.

Specialty Knit hats, tutu & bloomers

Swim wear

Shoes

Birthday outfits

Free Returns:

Orders that qualify for free shipping may be returned at the purchasers expense and will be credited less any shipping charges paid by Sheps at the time of the original shipment. (if the original shipment was shipped free of charge).  Sheps.co is not responsible for items that become lost or stolen in shipment.  Sheps.co will process returns within 10 business days of receiving your return.

The purchaser has up to 30 days from the date of delivery for all returns.

The purchaser must follow the return instructions as above (request an RA#, fill out the return form, write the RA# on the package).

If your purchase does not qualify for free shipping the free return policy does not apply.  The purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges and does not receive a refund of the original shipping charge.

Damaged Items:

Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.  Please take a picture of the damage prior to opening the package.  Notify Sheps of the damage by emailing shepsgeneral@gmail.com with the damage details and a picture of the damage.

You will be given a RA# for your return.  Please write your RA# on the package and fill out the return form.

Cancelled Orders:

If you have placed an order with Sheps.co and would like to cancel it please contact us at shepsgeneral@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing the order.  Please be sure to reference your Sales Order number so that we can locate your order.  Although unlikely, if we cannot prevent shipment please follow the return instructions.
