Canadian Shipping:

sheps.co will ship orders within Canada (see exceptions below) for FREE with a minimum purchase of $249 before taxes via Canada Post expedited shipping service.  Certain areas within Canada have very high shipping charge due to limited postal service.  If there is an additional shipping charge to be added to your order we will contact you with those details.  

sheps.co cannot offer free shipping to the following locations:

Rural Routes, PO Boxes, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut & Newfoundland.  Shipping charges are based on your order size and the package destination.  SHEPS will contact you via email if there will be additional shipping charges for your rural route or PO box shipment.

PLEASE NOTE:

Your order will be processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days of receiving your order.  If for any reason the products you have ordered will be delayed SHEPS will notify you by email.

Expect an arrival time of 7-15 business days after shipment depending upon the location.  Remote locations can take 1-4 weeks to arrive.  We ship Canada Post expedited Parcel with tracking and guaranteed delivery dates.  If you would like your order to be sent for a faster delivery, please note that additional shipping charges will apply.  Please contact us for further information at shepsgeneral@gmail.com

Shipment Receipt Guidelines:

Before accepting delivery of your order, please examine the package(s) carefully.  Do not accept any packages that have been damaged during shipping.

If your order requires a signature please ensure that the number of packages are correct and the packages are not damaged.  If you sign for a damaged or partial shipment the Canada Post insurance will not cover your shipment.

Immediately open and examine your package to ensure you were shipped the correct items.  If there are any damages or missing products you must report within 24 hours using our Return Policy. 

Sheps.co ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery Timeline:

Most in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days of receipt.  Sometimes items that were thought to be in stock are unavailable at the time of shipping.  You will be notified by email with your options at the time of shipping if there is an out stock item. We will notify you by email if your order will be delayed for any other reason.


US Shipping:

Sheps.co ships all U.S. orders through the Canada Post Service.  The purchaser is responsible to pay for the shipping costs when placing your order.  The purchaser is responsible for all duty, brokerage & other fees as determined at the border crossing by the Postal Service.

Order Pick-up:

You can pick your order up at our SHEPS location, downtown Midland Ontario.  Simply choose PICK_UP as your shipping zone and leave your pick up information in the notes section of the order from.

Orders are generally available for pickup next business day.  Please call us at 7055262345 or email shepsgeneral@gmail.com to arrange your pick-up.  Please have your order information ready when you call. 

Please note, for security reasons, SHEPS cannot accommodate the pick-up of orders by any other person than the purchaser.  The order must be signed for at the time of pick-up by the card holder.
